NPC night vision goggles
Makes some NPCs to use NVG instead of headlamp. NVG value is added regardless of distance, unlike headlamp ("0" disables feature). \n

Icon Type
1) "Light indicator" displays amount of light on player. \n \n
2) "NPC vision" displays how NPC (with highest vision value on you) see player: \n
- White icon: NPC in normal state and does not see player; \n
- Yellow icon: NPC is in combat/danger (has boosted vision parameters) and does not see player; \n
- Red icon: NPC see player.
