Because When Warfare Mode is Enabled. All Factions Gets New Custom Locations To Spawn From.

WITH WARFARE MODE ACTIVATED CUSTOM MADE LOCATIONS WILL SHOW.EVEN THE 3 EXTRA NEWLY FACTIONS GOT NEW LOCATIONS.
