Disabled Some Mod & Edited Mod Configs

• Edited Skeleton Key config to reduce the chances and use count
• Edited Quick Sell keybinds
 Edited Tarkov More Settings to stop item saves on death
• Disabled Waypoints and BigBrain as they're not needed for anything
• Disabled Helis Crash mod as it does not support Fika
  - Syncing with the mod is broken across players
