This is a complete rebuild of the modpack, with all new mods and updates for 1.5.3 of Anomaly.

Rage 8abddf23c7 Various New Mods; Updated and Removed Mods 
Fixed:
- PDA map colors not matching
- Aydin's Grass Tweaks mismatch
- Hax Bolt Reanimation being overridden

Updated:
- Atmospherics

Removed:
- Dialog Dynamic UI (Included in EGUI)
- Developer Mod Installations (Unnecessary bloat)
