Installation Guide for Divergent

Below is a detailed guide for installing Divergent for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly, providing fundamental information for getting the modpack going.

1. Installing S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly

Download and install 1.5.3 of the game
After the download has finished, extract the files to a location, inside of a folder somewhere on your drive that's not a Windows protected folder, I.E. Program Files or Program Files (x86).
Download and install the latest modded executables, extract the archive then drag and drop all the contents of it into the game folder
- If you are starting with a fresh game install, you can ignore this. However, if you installed another modpack like Gamma or Escape from Pripyat and played them before installing this, be sure to delete your shader cache in your games appdata folder.

2. Installing the Modpack

Download and install the Modpack Installer.bat file into an empty directory, then double-click the bat file to run the installer
It will prompt to install Git, which is required to install the modpack, agree to download it and then hit Enter in the terminal
Paste the path of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly install you did in 1. Installing S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly
Let it run, and then once it is finished, double-click ModOrganizer.exe
- Optionally, right-click it and create a shortcut and move that to your desktop, or wherever you would like
Choose the appropriate executable, either DX11-AVX or just DX11 and click Run (Any other DirectX version is not supported, so do not try to use them)

Final Notes

Understand that the automated Modpack Installer batch script mirrors and replicates the installation of the modpack from this repository to your copy of the modpack installation. This means that any chances you make WILL BE LOST if not backed up outside of the folder elsewhere. No support is provided for modified versions of the modpack.
