This build includes various changes, such as removing VICE and Atmospheres. Atmospheres has been replaced with Altitude, which in my opinion, adds much better visuals and tones to Nevada than Atmospheres and seems to work better with NVR.
Additionally, LOD data has been regenerated, as well as the navmesh patch. Various configuration options have been updated. Vicious Wastes has also been updated to the latest version, which now includes an auto preload option for the preset that does not need manual loading now.
Various other mods have been added for QoL changes, such as a new contextual HUD that only appears when it needs to. The NVR preset has been updated and optimized even further, as well as tweaked for the new weather mod, Altitude. Power Armor also no longer uses a Pip-Boy, instead it uses a holographic HUD just like Fallout 4.
Tons of other changes have also been made, too many to list here so I will leave you to discover it on your own.
